Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, 1 lb.

We make our sausage in house. Our staff butcher hand cuts beef brisket, fresh jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese, and mixes them together with our proprietary blend of seasonings. Then we stuff and twist the links and smoke them over Missouri White Oak in our own smokehouse. Serve it sliced on sandwiches, or chopped in your own recipes, this sausage is full of flavor and has a little kick to it!
