How is the food packaged for shipping?
Our meats are fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to lock in flavor. We ship them in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at a safe temperature.
When will my order arrive?
We typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
How do I reheat my Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que?
Detailed reheating instructions are included in every shipment. Generally, we recommend using a conventional oven or a water bath (sous-vide style) to maintain the moisture and tenderness of the meat.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our perishables within the United States. However, our world-famous sauces and dry rubs can be shipped to select international destinations.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No, because we ship perishable goods via FedEx or UPS, we require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure the product is received and refrigerated promptly.
